Glass Scratch Warning: I acknowledge that the existing window film requires removal due to pre-existing damage (pet scratches). I have been informed by Fusion Tinting that the toughened glass pane(s) were originally installed in reverse by the builder/glazier (with the fabrication/roller wave side facing inward). Due to this improper glass installation, standard tint removal procedures (which involve scraping the glass) carry a highly elevated, unavoidable risk of permanently scratching the glass surface. By signing below, I authorize Fusion Tinting to proceed with the removal and release them from any liability for scratches, marks, or damage to the glass that may occur during this process.
